The subject of the project is the implementation of 3 types of innovation into Womar’s activities: 1. Product innovations unknown and previously unused – textronic infant linen monitoring selected biomedical parameters of young children; 2. Process innovation applied on a national scale over a period of up to 3 years – automating the stage of preparation of the production of the currently produced textile range and planned for implementation of textronic linen; 3. Non-technological innovation applied on a regional scale over a period of up to 3 years – consisting of optimising management and production processes through the implementation of a dedicated ERP system. The project will be implemented as part of two intelligent regional specialisations – Medicines and Communication and Information Technology. As a result of the implementation of innovation, the company will diversify its current offer for products with high market potential, achieve a significant increase in revenues and strengthen its competitive position on the international arena. Przedmiotem projektu jest implementacja do działalności Womaru 3 rodzajów innowacji: 1. Innowacji produktowej nieznanej i niestosowanej dotychczas – tekstronicznej bielizny niemowlęcej monitorującej wybrane parametry biomedyczne małych dzieci; 2. Innowacji procesowej stosowanej w skali kraju w okresie do 3 lat – automatyzującej etap przygotowania produkcji obecnie wytwarzanego asortymentu tekstyliów i planowanej do wdrożenia bielizny tekstronicznej; 3. Innowacji nietechnologicznej stosowanej w skali regionu w okresie do 3 lat - polegającej na optymalizacji procesów zarządczych i produkcyjnych poprzez wdrożenie dedykowanego systemu ERP. Projekt będzie realizowany w ramach dwóch inteligentnych specjalizacji regionalnych – Medycyny i Technologii komunikacyjnych i informacyjnych. W wyniku wdrożenia innowacji firma zdywersyfikuje obecną ofertę o wyroby o dużym potencjale rynkowym, osiągnie znaczący wzrost przychodów i umocni swoją pozycję konkurencyjną na arenie międzynarodowej.
