The project consists of the placing on the market of a new, innovative Polish and very competitive modelling service for digital turned plastic components using reverse-engineering techniques with a simultaneous innovation of services in the area of 3D scanning technology. The key deliverable of the planned project will be a digital modelling service of 3D wide range, together with a service modelling reverse engineering (Reverse engineering) carried out by means of a plastic component processing. This method ensures very high quality parameters, repeatability and accuracy of treatment and is very useful for the treatment of shapes that prevent measurement (e.g. interior, bends, etc.). The turning machine, which makes the replacement by reverse engineering, works with a scanner (works on a file that that scanner generated) must have facilities for the preparation of the material.     Projekt polega na wprowadzeniu na rynek nowej, innowacyjnej na skalę Polski i bardzo konkurencyjnej usługi modelowania cyfrowego toczonych elementów z tworzyw sztucznych konstrukcyjnych z zastosowaniem technik inżynierii odwrotnej z jednoczesną innowacją usługową w obszarze technologii skanowania 3D. Kluczowym rezultatem planowanego projektu będą usługa w dziedzinie modelowania cyfrowego 3D szerokozakresowego wraz z usługą modelowanie cyfrowym dla inżynierii odwrotnej (Reverse engineering) realizowanej poprzez obróbkę toczeniem elementów z tworzyw sztucznych konstrukcyjnych. Metoda ta gwarantuje nader wysokie parametry jakościowe, powtarzalność i dokładność obróbki i jest bardzo przydatna w obróbce elementów o kształtach uniemożliwiających mierzenie (np. wnętrza , zagięcia itp.). Tokarka dokonująca odtworzenia metodą inżynierii odwrotnej współpracując ze skanerem (pracuje na pliku, który tenże skaner wygenerował) musi mieć zaplecze do przygotowania materiału. (Polish)
