Projekt polegać będzie na wdrożeniu systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem odpowiadającego zidentyfikowanym potrzebom firmy. Powyższy system składał się będzie z następujących elementów: - systemu elektronicznego obiegu dokumentów, - ERP i dystrybucji faktur, - rozliczania produkcji i kontroli wydań magazynowych, - platformy B2B. Przedmiotowy projekt obejmuje opracowanie i wdrożenie rozwiązania informatycznego dostosowanego ściśle do specyficznych potrzeb i wymagań Wnioskodawcy. Wdrażany system odpowiadać będzie za realizację poszczególnych procesów w zakresie komunikacji wewnątrz firmy jak również w relacji z partnerami handlowymi, składania i realizacji zamówień oraz zarządzania i rozliczania procesu produkcji.
