| Property / summary: The project is the adaptation of a degraded residential building at ul.Dworwa 33 in Knurów for the establishment of a Social Initiatives Support Centre MOPS Knurów, through which a complementary ESF project will be implemented. The material scope includes the renovation of the building with the replacement of the electrical system, the water supply and the replacement of the boiler, the insulation of the roof, the replacement of window and door frames and the development of the bypass around the building. The total surface area of the renovated building will be 286.95 m². The project also foresees a revitalisation of the urban rock in the vicinity of the planned Centre, with a view to providing space for social activation and integration of the local population. Upgrading of rocks will include redevelopment of pavements, planting of green areas, installation of a small architecture, fencing, lighting and the construction of an outdoor playground with an external chamber. Przedmiotem projektu jest adaptacja zdegradowanego budynku mieszkalnego przy ul.Dworcowej 33 w Knurowie na potrzeby utworzenia Centrum Wsparcia Inicjatyw Społecznych MOPS Knurów, poprzez które realizowany będzie komplementarny projekt EFS. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje remont budynku z wymianą instalacji elektrycznej, wod-kan, co wraz z wymianą kotła, docieplenie dachu, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej oraz zagospodarowanie obejścia wokół budynku. Łączna powierzchnia budynku poddanego rewitalizacji wyniesie 286,95 m2. W ramach projektu przewiduje się także rewitalizację skweru miejskiego, położonego nieopodal planowanego Centrum, celem udostępnienia przestrzeni do aktywizacji społecznej i integracji społeczności lokalnej. Modernizacja skweru obejmie przebudowę chodników, nasadzenie zieleni, montaż małej architektury, ogrodzenia, oświetlenia oraz budowę placu zabaw z siłownią zewnętrzną. (Polish)
