W ramach projektu planuje się wykonanie prac mających na celu stworzenie mieszkań chronionych i wspomaganych oraz Centrum Usług Społecznych tj.: •Roboty ogólnobudowlane (m.in.dach, tynki, stolarka) •Wykonanie pochylni, •Roboty instalacyjne w zakresie urządzeń sanitarnych, •Roboty instalacyjne w budynkach, •Meble–włącznie z biurowymi, wyposażenie, urządzenia domowe, •Urządzenia medyczne(stacje teleopieki), •Roboty dotyczące nawierzchni zewnętrznych i małej architektury. Efektem zrealizowanych prac będzie Centrum usług społecznych oraz mieszkania wspomagane i chronione zlokalizowane w Zawierciu przy ulicy Niedziałkowskiego 22. Realizacja projektu Rewitalizacja zdegradowanego budynku na osiedlu TAZ w Zawierciu w celu adaptacji ich na mieszkania wspomagane i chronione” oraz projektów miękkich w ramach wiązki umożliwi osiągnięcie celu głównego projektu, którym jest niewystarczająca ilość usług społecznych skierowanych do osób wykluczonych, bądź też zagrożonych wykluczeniem.
