On the basis of the construction project, the average scope of works, i.e.: separation of toilets, replacement of window and door carpentry, flooring, plaster replenishment, new chimneys, replacement of electrical and sanitary equipment (water-channel, co.). The beneficiary of the project is the Municipality of Siemianowice Śląskie. As part of close cooperation with MOPS, residents of reconstructed social housing will participate in non-investment activities co-financed by the ESF. Przedmiotem projektu jest remont lokali wchodzących w skład mieszkaniowego zasobu gminy, celem ich przystosowania do pełnienia funkcji socjalnych. W wyniku realizacji projektu udostępnionych zostanie 16 mieszkań usytuowanych przy ul. Kołłątaja 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 oraz 12 w Siemianowicach Śląskich o łącznej powierzchni 468,17 m2, lokale będą gotowe do zamieszkania. Obecny stan techniczny lokali uniemożliwia ich zasiedlenie. Na podstawie projektu budowlanego wskazać można przeciętny zakres robót to jest m.in.: wydzielenie toalet, wymiana stolarki okiennej i drzwiowej, wykonanie posadzek, uzupełnianie tynków, wykonanie nowych kominów, wymianę inst. elektrycznych i sanitarnych (wod-kan, co). Beneficjentem projektu jest Gmina Siemianowice Śląskie. W ramach ścisłej współpracy z MOPS mieszkańcy przebudowanych mieszkań socjalnych uczestniczyć będą w działaniach pozainwestycyjnych dofinansowanych ze środków EFS. Realizacja projektu wynika z LPR dla Miasta Siemianowice Śląskie. (Polish)
