Poprawa jakości i dostępności do świadczeń opieki zdrowotnej udzielanych w ramach Podstawowej Opieki Zdrowotnej w Zespole Opieki Zdrowotnej w Kłobucku poprzez zakup nowoczesnej aparatury medycznej oraz dostosowanie istniejącej infrastruktury do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych skupia się na doposażeniu 17 Poradni Ogólnych rozlokowanych na terenie całego powiatu kłobuckiego w aparaty USG do wczesnej diagnostyki na poziomie podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej oraz dobudowę do 4 budynków poradni podjazdów dla osób niepełnosprawnych wraz z miejscem parkingowym dla osób niepełnosprawnych, remont schodów wejściowych. Głównym celem projektu jest podniesienie jakości i dostępności do świadczonych przez Wnioskodawcę usług medycznych.
