Celem głównym projektu "Zawód spawacza szansą na sukces" jest wzrost poziomu akt zawod oraz zdoln. do zatrudn. 50 osób (5K i 45M) o niskich kwalifikacjach zagrożonych zwolnieniem, przewidzianych do zwolnienia lub zwoln z przycz dot. zakładu. Cel ten zostanie osiągn przez realizację wsk: -50(5K) pracowników zagrożonych zwolnieniem oraz osób zwolnionych z przyczyn dotyczących zakładu pracy objętych wsparciem do IV.2017 -40(2K) osób, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub nabyły kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu do III.2017 -25 osób, które po opuszczeniu programu podjęły pracę lub kontynuowały zatrudnienie do VII.2017 Wszyscy UP (50 os) objęci zostaną IPD oraz wszechstronnym wsp doradczo-psychologicznym. min 40 z nich ukończy kurs sp MAG i TIG zak egz i wydaniem uprawnień. Zdający pomyślnie egzamin skierowani zostaną na 3-m-ne staże u prac. Każdy otrz. wsp. w postaci mat.szkol. ,ubezp., bad. lek., catering, zwrot za dojazdy, stypendia szkol. i stażowe a także poradnictwo zawodowe. (Polish)
