The project aims at increasing the employability of 70 people (including 42 women) above 30 (since the 30th birthday), who remain unemployed, registered with PUP Rybnik, for whom the II aid profile within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20.04.2004 on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions, belonging to at least one of the most vulnerable groups on the labour market has been established: women, people over the age of 50, with disabilities, long-term unemployed, with low qualifications.The process of professional activation of participants/casks of the project will begin by analysing their skills, predispositions and professional problems – drawing up an Individual Action Plan.On this basis, the Authority will implement forms of assistance tailored to individual needs: professional guidance, advisory and incentive support, high quality training, job intermediation, internship.The project will be implemented in the period from 28.09.2017 to 28.06.2019 in Rybnik and Rybnik County. Projekt jest ukierunkowany na zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia 70 osób (w tym 42 kobiet) powyżej 30 r.ż.(od dnia 30 urodzin), pozostających bez pracy, zarejestrowanych w PUP Rybnik, dla których został ustalony II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z 20.04.2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy, należących do co najmniej jednej z grup będących w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy: kobiet, osób powyżej 50 r.ż., niepełnosprawnych, długotrwale bezrobotnych, z niskimi kwalifikacjami.Proces aktywizacji zawodowej uczestników/czek projektu rozpocznie się od analizy ich umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych - opracowania Indywidualnego Planu Działania.Na tej podstawie Urząd będzie realizował formy pomocy dopasowane do indywidualnych potrzeb: poradnictwo zawodowe, wsparcie doradcze i motywacyjne, wysokiej jakości szkolenia, pośrednictwo pracy, staż.Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 28.09.2017r. do 28.06.2019r. w Rybniku i powiecie rybnickim.
