The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities in the years 2019-2020 of persons over 30 years registered with PUP in Piekary Śl. as unemployed, for whom the II aid profile within the meaning of Article 33 of the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions has been established. The project will be implemented in the bakery district. The whole will be addressed to the low-skilled unemployed (to ISCED 3 inclusive – KRYT.DODATK), including those after 50 years, women, people with disabilities, long-term unemployed. Presenting a specific offer of professional activation to the participant will be preceded by an analysis of his/her skills, predispositions and professional problems. On this basis, the PUP will implement appropriately selected services and instruments of the labour market referred to in the above-mentioned Act, including job intermediation and vocational guidance, training, internships and refund.equipment. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia w latach 2019-2020 osób powyżej 30. r.ż. zarejestrowanych w PUP w Piekarach Śl. jako bezrobotni, dla których został ustalony II profil pomocy w rozumieniu art. 33 ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy. Projekt realiz będzie na terenie powiatu piekarskiego. W całości skierowany będzie do osób bezrobotnych o niskich kwalifikacjach (do ISCED 3 włącznie - KRYT.DODATK), w tym do osób po 50. r.ż, kobiet, osób z niepełnosprawnością, osób długotrwale bezrob. Przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej uczestnikowi poprzedzi analiza jej/jego umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w w/w ustawie, w tym pośrednictwo pracy i poradnictwo zawodowe, szkolenia, staże oraz refund.wyposaż./doposaż.st pracy dla skierow. bezrobotnego.
