W okresie realizacji projektu (06.2019-05.2021) przeprowadzone zostaną działania ukierunkowane na podniesienie kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego 100 osób (60 kobiet i 40 mężczyzn) powyżej 30 roku życia z obszaru województwa śląskiego. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia aktywności zaw. przedstawicieli grup defaworyzowanych (długotrwale bezrobotnych, kobiet, os. powyżej 50 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach, niepełnosprawnych) odpowiadając na potrzeby śląskiego rynku pracy. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu zostanie zapewniony indywidualny plan działania określający dalszą ścieżkę rozwoju zaw.: doradztwo zaw. umożliwiające dostosowanie kwalifikacji zaw. do wymogów śląskiego rynku pracy, poradnictwo zaw., pośrednictwo pracy wspierające podejmowanie zatrudnienia w regionie. Docelowo uczestnicy projektu wezmą udział w szkoleniach / kursach (o tematyce zgodnej z ich predyspozycjami zaw. i potrzebami regionalnego rynku pracy) a następnie w stażach zwiększających ich doświadczenie zaw.
