An individual action plan will be provided for each project participant setting out a further development path, including: consultancy incl. to adapt qualifications in accordance with the requirements of the Silesian labour market, counselling incl., job intermediation supporting employment in the region. Ultimately, the participants of the project will take part in training courses (on topics consistent with their predispositions and needs of the regional labour market) and then in traineeships increasing their experience in. W okresie realizacji projektu (06.2019-05.2021) przeprowadzone zostaną działania ukierunkowane na podniesienie kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego 100 osób (60 kobiet i 40 mężczyzn) powyżej 30 roku życia z obszaru województwa śląskiego. Projekt przyczyni się do zwiększenia aktywności zaw. przedstawicieli grup defaworyzowanych (długotrwale bezrobotnych, kobiet, os. powyżej 50 roku życia, o niskich kwalifikacjach, niepełnosprawnych) odpowiadając na potrzeby śląskiego rynku pracy. Dla każdego uczestnika projektu zostanie zapewniony indywidualny plan działania określający dalszą ścieżkę rozwoju zaw.: doradztwo zaw. umożliwiające dostosowanie kwalifikacji zaw. do wymogów śląskiego rynku pracy, poradnictwo zaw., pośrednictwo pracy wspierające podejmowanie zatrudnienia w regionie. Docelowo uczestnicy projektu wezmą udział w szkoleniach / kursach (o tematyce zgodnej z ich predyspozycjami zaw. i potrzebami regionalnego rynku pracy) a następnie w stażach zwiększających ich doświadczenie zaw.
