Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa min. 30 osób bezrobotnych lub biernych zawodowo/15 K z 48 uczestników projektu/24 K posiadających wykształcenie średnie poprzez nabycie i podwyższenie kompetencji i kwalifikacji do wykonywania zawodu pracownika biurowego oraz uzupełnienie doświadczenia zawodowego- doradztwo zawodowe, organizacja szkolenia oraz stażu dla ww. osób. Realizacja projektu potrwa od. 01.03.2016-31.08.2017-18 miesięcy. Proj. będzie real. Zabrzu i miastach ościennych. Projekt jest przygotowywany w oparciu o Diagnozę potrzeb przeprowadzoną w czerwcu 2015 roku przez przedstawicieli wnioskodawcy, branży edukacyjnej, administracji lokalnej oraz firm z współpracujących, u których organizowany będzie staż (branża usługowa, handlowa, NGO: Apsys – Centrum Handlowe 3 Stawy Katowice, NNI – Agencja Kreatywna Bytom, Amaryllis – Centrum Dermatologii i Medycyny Estetycznej).
