Celem projektu jest wzrost potencjału zawodowego do podjęcia i utrzymania zatrudnienia wśród 153 UP do 30.06.2018r. Uczestnicy projektu (UP) to osoby bezrobotne powyżej 29 rż. o niskich kwalifikacjach (wykształcenie na poziomie do ISCED 3 włącznie) zamieszkałe (wg KC) w woj. śląskim, w tym min. 24 os. niepełnosprawnych, 75 os. długotrwale pozostających bez pracy, 85 kobiet, 43 po 50 rż, 27 ze wsi Wsparcie oferowane w okresie od 1.08.2016 do 30.06.2018 zawiera działania: - IPD, - poradnictwo psychologiczno-zawodowe, - pośrednictwo pracy, - wsparcie szkoleniowe (kursy zawodowe, kompetencyjne), - wsparcie w nabywaniu doświadczenia i umiejętności praktycznych (staże), - wsparcie towarzyszące (refundacja kosztów dojazdu i opieki, wsparcie asystenta osoby niepełnosprawnej, zakup sprzętu wspomagającego, opieka coacha) Rezultaty, jakie zostaną osiągnięte w ramach projektu to m.in. uzyskanie kwalifikacji/kompetencji oraz zatrudnienia po opuszczeniu programu (Polish)

Project participants (UP) are unemployed persons over 29 years of low-skilled (learning up to and including ISCED 3) residing (according to the KC) in the Silesian Voivodeship, including at least 24 people with disabilities, 75 long-term unemployed persons, 85 women, 43 after 50 years, 27 from the village Support offered in the period from 1.08.2016 to 30.06.2018 includes activities: — IPD, – psychological and vocational counseling, – job intermediation, – training support (vocational courses, competence courses), – support in acquiring experience and practical skills (training), – accompanying support (refunding the costs of arrival and care, assistance of a disabled person, purchase of assistance equipment, coach care) The results to be achieved in the framework of the project include obtaining qualifications/competence and employment after leaving the programme (English)
