Projekt Aktywnie do celu jest skierowany do 45 osób (25K i 20M) powyżej 29r.ż. zamieszkałych na terenie pow. lublinieckiego o niskich kwalifikacjach zawodowych, w tym 40 osób bezrobotnych i długotrwale - 25 os., dodatkowo 5 os. biernych zawodowo oraz 9 os. bezrobotnych po 50 r.ż.oraz minimum 2 os. niepełnosprawnych. Cel: zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej oraz wzmocnienie kompetencji kluczowych związanych z efektywnym poruszaniem się po rynku pracy poprzez udzielenie wsparcia w postaci kompleksowych działań aktywizacyjnych. Działania w projekcie obejmą: warsztaty z zakresu doradztwa zawodowego, intensywny coaching motywacyjny, warsztaty zakresu równości szans i niedyskryminacji; wsparcie indywidualne: indywidualne doradztwo zawodowe,por.prawne, konsultacje psychologiczne, indywidualne pośrednictwo pracy, indywidualny mentoring motywacyjny, wsparcie w zakr. aktywizacji: szkolenia podnoszące kwalifikacje zawodowe, staże zawodowe, trening pracy.
