The main objective of the project is to implement in business the Applicants an electronic company management system and support customer relations in order to optimise current and introduce new business processes. The project was divided into 3 tasks complementary in substance and functionally to each other, within which the acquisition of fixed assets and intangible assets will take place. The main effect of the project will be the creation of a system for managing the company’s resources, which will allow customers to minimise the waiting time for the ordered product. In addition, additional effects of the project will include: — introduction of organisational and marketing innovation, – development of export activity, – entry into new markets, – introduction of electronic data exchange, – positive implementation of horizontal policies.     Głównym celem realizacji projektu jest wdrożenie w działalności gospodarczej Wnioskodawcy elektronicznego systemu zarządzania przedsiębiorstwem oraz wspomagającego relacje z klientami w celu optymalizacji obecnych i wprowadzenia nowych procesów biznesowych. Projekt został podzielony na 3 zadania uzupełniające się merytorycznie oraz funkcjonalnie względem siebie, w ramach których nastąpi nabycie środków trwałych oraz wartości niematerialnych i prawnych. Głównym efektem realizacji projektu będzie stworzenie systemu do zarządzania zasobami przedsiębiorstwa, który umożliwi minimalizację czasu oczekiwania przez klientów na zamówiony produkt. Ponadto dodatkowymi efektami projektu będą m.in.: - wprowadzenie innowacji organizacyjnej oraz marketingowej, - rozwój działalności eksportowej, - wejście na nowe rynki zbytu, - wprowadzenie elektronicznej wymiany danych, - pozytywna realizacja polityk horyzontalnych.
