Projekt polega na wdrożeniu innowacyjnego rozwiązania TiK w postaci systemu informatycznego usprawniającego procesy biznesowe realizowane przez Wnioskodawcę. Wdrożony system i zakupiony sprzęt informatyczny wspierać będą procesy zachodzące w Spółce związane z : 1. Procesy Operacyjne: -zarządzanie bazą klientów (B2C), procesem sprzedaży (B2B, B2C), -wymiana informacji między Spółką w współpracownikami (B2B), Spółką a klientem (B2C), Spółką a pracownikami (B2E). -planowanie prac i zasobów (B2B, B2E, B2C). 2. Procesy Pomocnicze: -rozliczenia finansowe (B2B, B2C), -zarządzanie formalnościami związanymi z realizacją szkoleń (B2B), -utrzymanie i wsparcie techniczne (B2E, B2B). 3. Procesy Zarządcze: -zarządzanie Spółką i podejmowanie decyzji (B2B,B2E). W efekcie realizacji projektu zaspokojone zostaną potrzeby Spółki w zakresie innowacyjnego narzędzia pozwalającego na efektywne zarządzanie czasem, informacją oraz zasobami i prowadzącego do dalszego rozwoju.
