The project concerns R & D works related to the construction of an innovative system of quality optimisation and management of physical parameters of moulding used to make sand molds for casting white, grey and ductile cast iron. The system developed will enable: — control of the parameters of the mould mass in real time, – automatic sampling of test samples and their testing without the contribution of human factor, – adjustment of mould mass according to specified values, – reduction of material intensity and energy intensity of the process and reduction of adverse effects on the environment. The scope of work shall include: 1. construction of a prototype system in laboratory conditions by implementing a number of sensors, dispensers and automatic test sampling system in the existing technological sequences, followed by 2. conducting tests and optimisation of the system under conditions similar to real and actual use conditions.     Projekt dotyczy prac B+R związanych z budową innowacyjnego systemu optymalizacji jakości i zarządzania parametrami fizycznymi masy formierskiej używanej do wykonywania form piaskowych do odlewania żeliwa białego, szarego oraz sferoidalnego. Opracowany system umożliwi: - kontrolę parametrów masy formierskiej w czasie rzeczywistym, - automatyczne pobieranie próbek badawczych oraz ich badanie bez udziału czynnika ludzkiego, - regulację masy formierskiej zgodnie z zadanymi wartościami, - obniżenie materiałochłonności i energochłonności procesu oraz zmniejszenie niekorzystnego oddziaływania na środowisko. Zakres prac obejmuje: 1. budowę prototypu systemu w warunkach laboratoryjnych poprzez implementację w posiadanych ciągach technologicznych szeregu czujników, dozowników, a także systemu automatycznego pobierania próbek badawczych, a następnie 2. przeprowadzenie testów i prac optymalizacyjnych systemu w warunkach zbliżonych do rzeczywistych i warunkach rzeczywistego wykorzystania.
