A measurable effect of the project will be the introduction into the activity of the Applicant of new products in the form of high performance composite elements. The device will complement the technology line installed in the Applicant for processing thin layers preimpregnated with resin unidirectional laminates. Using the developed multifunctional robotic position, the applicant will be able to produce products for the aerospace, automotive and yacht industries in an automated manner. Through the use of innovative technology, the applicant will be able to acquire contractors commissioning it to produce composite elements both on the Polish and foreign markets. (English)

Wymiernym efektem realizacji projektu będzie wprowadzenie do działalności Wnioskodawcy nowych produktów w postaci elementów kompozytowych o wysokich walorach użytkowych. Urządzenie będzie stanowić uzupełnienie zainstalowanej u Wnioskodawcy linii technologicznej do obróbki cienkowarstwowych preimpregnowanych żywicą laminatów jednokierunkowych. Z wykorzystaniem opracowanego wielofunkcyjnego zrobotyzowanego stanowiska Wnioskodawca będzie mógł w zautomatyzowany sposób wytwarzać produkty dla przemysłu lotniczego i kosmicznego oraz motoryzacyjnego i jachtowego. Poprzez zastosowanie innowacyjnej technologii Wnioskodawca będzie mógł zdobywać kontrahentów zlecających mu wytwarzanie elementów kompozytowych zarówno na rynku polskim, jak i zagranicznym. (Polish)
