The project implemented by the Municipality of Mierzęcice consists of equipping the Volunteer Fire Service unit in Boguchwałowice with a new light rescue and fire extinguishing vehicle. The main objective of the project is to strengthen the potential of the OSP Boguchwałowice to act to protect life, health and property from fires, natural disasters and environmental threats or other local threats. The purchase of equipment will contribute to the improvement of operational preparedness of the OSP in Boguchwałowice and the effectiveness of the activities carried out, which will translate into increasing the safety of residents of the unit’s area of activity – Boguchwałowice, Mierzęcice, Będzin district, i.e. the area of operation of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Będzin. The OSP unit in Boguchwałowice belongs to the National Rescue and Firefighting System (KSRG). Projekt realizowany przez Gminę Mierzęcice polega na wyposażeniu jednostki Ochotniczej Straży Pożarnej w Boguchwałowicach w nowy lekki samochód ratowniczo- gaśniczy. Głównym celem projektu jest wzmocnienie potencjału OSP Boguchwałowice do działania na rzecz ochrony życia, zdrowia i mienia przed pożarami, klęskami żywiołowymi i zagrożeniami ekologicznymi lub innymi miejscowymi zagrożeniami. Zakup wyposażenia przyczyni się do poprawy stanu gotowości operacyjnej OSP w Boguchwałowicach oraz skuteczności wykonywanych działań, co przełoży się na zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa mieszkańców obszaru działania jednostki - Boguchwałowic, Gminy Mierzęcice, powiatu będzińskiego tj. obszaru działania Komendy Powiatowej Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Będzinie. Jednostka OSP w Boguchwałowicach należy do Krajowego Systemu Ratowniczo - Gaśniczego (KSRG). Realizacja przedsięwzięcia przyczyni się zatem do wzmocnienia potencjału nie tylko wskazanej OSP ale także całego KSRG. (Polish)
