| Property / summary: The project aims at the introduction of three innovative products — the basket of the loudspeaker, the loudspeaker grid and linear drainage of modern injection technology with gas foaming. The planned actions foresee the purchase of specialised equipment (inter alia two types of injection) with the relevant elements and software, as well as the provision of IT and technical facilities suitable for projected change. Such a solution reduces the production time (the company will ensure that the service is comprehensive — from the design of the product to its production), the quantity of materials used will be reduced (the substance foam blown with gas has its properties, but there is a need for less) and the firm will have the chance to enter new markets (so far nobody has used the sinter technology to produce the elements planned for production by the Applicant). Projekt ma na celu wprowadzenie trzech innowacyjnych produktów – koszyka głośnika, siatki głośnika oraz odwodnienia liniowego, wykonanych w nowoczesnej technologii wtrysku ze spienianiem gazem. W ramach zaplanowanych działań przewiduje się zakup specjalistycznego sprzętu (między innymi dwa rodzaje wtryskarek) z odpowiednimi elementami oraz oprogramowaniem, a także zapewnienie zaplecza informatycznego i technicznego, odpowiedniego do wprowadzenia prognozowanych zmian. Dzięki takiemu rozwiązaniu skróci się czas produkcji (firma zapewni kompleksowość usługi – od zaprojektowania produktu do jego wytworzenia), obniżeniu ulegnie ilość używanych materiałów (substancja spieniana gazem zachowuje swoje właściwości, jednak potrzebna jest w mniejszej ilości), a firma będzie miała szanse wejść na nowe rynki (do tej pory nikt nie zastosował technologii spieniania do wytworzenia elementów zaplanowanych do produkcji przez Wnioskodawcę).
