The aim of the project is to place on the domestic market artificial, branded and ready to use RTU (RTU) casings used in the food sector by meat establishments and dairy plants. The casings are used in the process of filling meat products and cheeses that meet, inter alia, food safety packaging functions in accordance with the international standards of food and packaging production. The national product innovation will be achieved through the use of a technology consisting of a unique method of marching in a crushing process with the addition of successive layers of casings. It will produce large scale casings in the form of a tube with a length of up to 100 cm and the length of the casing up to 170 mb. The making of the casings and their moisturising will make it possible to apply them in the form of RTU so that the product does not require soaking directly before the filling process, thereby increasing the production efficiency of the casing and the finished products.     Celem projektu jest wprowadzenie na rynek krajowy sztucznych, marszczonych, gotowych do użycia RTU (ready-to-use) osłonek stosowanych w sektorze spożywczym przez zakłady mięsne oraz mleczarskie. Osłonki wykorzystywane są w procesie nadziewania wyrobów mięsnych oraz serów spełniając m.in. funkcje opakowania zabezpieczającego produkty spożywcze zgodnie z międzynarodowymi normami produkcji żywności i opakowań. Innowacyjność produktowa w skali krajowej osiągnięta zostanie poprzez zastosowanie technologii polegającej na unikatowej metodzie marszczenia w procesie zgniatania z dodatkowym zakładaniem na siebie kolejnych warstw osłonki. Pozwoli to produkować osłonki wielkokalibrowe w formie tuby o długości do 100 cm i długości osłonki do 170 mb. Marszczenie osłonek oraz odpowiednie ich nawilżanie umożliwi zastosowanie ich w formie RTU tak, aby produkt nie wymagał moczenia bezpośrednio przed procesem napełniania zwiększając tym samym wydajność produkcji osłonki oraz produktów gotowych.
