The project consists of the construction of sanitary sewerage, the construction of one new sanitary drainage pumping plant and the reconstruction of two existing sewage pumping plants. As a result of the implementation of the sanitary sewage system, households as well as public buildings, i.e. offices, schools, health care institutions and commercial and service facilities will be connected. The aim of the project is to increase the proportion of the population of Koniecpol commune using a sewage treatment system in accordance with the municipal waste water directive by developing a sanitary sewer system in Koniecpol municipality. As a result of the project, the number of people using the sewage system will increase. Ultimately, pressure on the environment will be reduced by reducing the number of wastes introduced into the environment, as well as increasing the percentage of purified municipal wastes. Projekt polega na budowie kanalizacji sanitarnej, kanalizacji tłocznej, budowie jednej nowej przepompowni ścieków sanitarnych oraz przebudowie dwóch istniejących przepompowni ścieków. W wyniku realizacji do sieci kanalizacji sanitarnej będą podłączone gospodarstwa domowe, jak również budynki użyteczności publicznej, tj. urzędy, szkoła, placówki ochrony zdrowia oraz obiekty handlowo-usługowe. Celem projektu jest zwiększony odsetek ludności gminy Koniecpol korzystającej z systemu oczyszczania ścieków zgodnego z dyrektywą dotyczącą ścieków komunalnych poprzez rozwój systemu kanalizacji sanitarnej w gminie Koniecpol. W wyniku realizacji przedsięwzięcia zwiększy się liczba osób korzystających z systemu kanalizacji. Docelowo nasta?pi ograniczenie presji na s´rodowisko naturalne poprzez zmniejszenie ilos´ci s´cieko´w nieoczyszczonych wprowadzanych do środowiska, a takz˙e zwie?kszenie odsetka oczyszczonych s´cieko´w komunalnych.
