The primary objective is the protection of the state of the natural environment and the conservation of biological diversity, and the primary objective of the preservation of resources and natural and landscape amenities. The objectives, outputs and scope in question are in line with the objectives, results and orientations of the Osi 11 and respond to the challenges of reducing anthropogenic pressures on the environment, improving the environment’s living conditions, increasing the region’s resilience to climate change and protecting biodiversity.     Przedmiotem jest opracowanie projektów planów ochrony dla 7 PK tworzących PZPK, stanowiących podstawowy instrument ochrony przyrody i krajobrazu w parkach, z uwzględnieniem udziału społeczeństwa poprzez konsultacje społeczne. Projekt przewiduje utworzenie cyfrowej bazy danych przyrodniczych i przestrzennych w postaci internetowego portalu dostępowego. Cel nadrzędny stanowi ochrona stanu środowiska przyrodniczego i zachowanie różnorodności biologicznej, a cel główny zabezpieczenie zasobów i walorów przyrodniczych oraz krajobrazowych. Założone cele, rezultaty i przedmiotowy zakres wpisują się w cele, rezultaty i kierunki Osi 11 i stanowią odpowiedź na wyzwania dot. ograniczenia antropopresji na środowisko, poprawy środowiskowych warunków życia, wzrostu odporności regionu na zmiany klimatu oraz ochronę różnorodności biologicznej.
