Realizacja projektu polegać będzie na zakupie nowych środków trwałych w postaci zaawansowanych technologicznie urządzeń produkcyjnych do których należeć będą: mikser masarski 130 z systemem załadunku, mieszałka łopatkowa z systemem załadunku, nadziewarka próżniowa, blanszownik, autoklaw natryskowy-przelotowy, zestaw transportowych wózków do sterylizacji, urządzenie do przedmuchu opakowań produkcyjnych, kostkownica warzyw i surowców miesnych. Stworzą one unikatowy ciąg technologiczny do kompleksowego wytwarzania mięsnych wyrobów kulistych. Wdrażane rozwiązanie produkcyjne, z zastosowaniem projektowanej sekwencji maszyn i urządzeń, jest procesem niestosowanym dotychczas przez podmioty branżowo konkurencyjne. (Polish)
