The project is addressed to a group of 145 unemployed persons registered in the PUP from the districts of Bytowski, Kościerskie and Łęborskie. The aim of the project is for 30 months to increase the employability of 145 unemployed persons registered in the PUP Bytów, Lębork, Kościerzyna through the acquisition of professional qualifications/competences as a result of participation in vocational training courses and/or acquisition of practical skills and professional experience as a result of participation in apprenticeships. Actions: * identify needs and diagnose career opportunities, predispositions and professional problems of project participants; *individual career counselling and counselling or psychological support to help define the career path, the steps necessary for professional activation; *professional group guidance combined with elements of active job search techniques – e.g. image prior to the interview and self-presentation, preparation of CV and incentive letter, technique of active job search methods,information on local and regional labour market, rules for combining professional life with private;* training and courses ending with at least the qualification/competence ratio of the participants;* max. 6 monthly traineeships in order to obtain at least 45 % of the project’s effectiveness in terms of employment. Projekt skierowany jest do grupy 145 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP z powiatu bytowskiego,kościerskiego i lęborskiego. Celem projektu jest przez 30 m-cy podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 145 osób bezrobotnych zarejestrowanych w PUP Bytów, Lębork, Kościerzyna poprzez nabycie kwalifikacji/kompetencji zawodowych w wyniku udziału w szkoleniach/kursach zawodowych oraz/lub nabycie umiejętności praktycznych i doświadczenia zawodowego w wyniku udziału w stażach przyuczających do zawodu. Działania: *identyfikacja potrzeb i diagnozowanie możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych uczestników projektu;*indywidualne doradztwo i poradnictwo zawodowe lub wsparcie psychologiczne mające na celu pomoc w określeniu ścieżki zawodowej, kroków niezbędnych do aktywizacji zawodowej; *zawodowe poradnictwo grupowe połączone z elementami technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy- dot. m.in. wizerunku przed rozmową kwalifikacyjną i autoprezentacja, sporządzania CV i listu motywacyjnego,technik metod aktywnego poszukiwania pracy,informacji nt. lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy,zasad łączenia życia zawodowego z prywatnym;* szkolenia i kursy kończące się uzyskaniem przez uczestników projektu kwalifikacji/kompetencji zawodowych;*max. 6 miesięczne staże przyuczające do zawodu.Najważniejszymi efektami realizacji projektu będzie uzyskanie przez co najmniej 35% uczestników projektu kwalifikacji zawodowych oraz osiągnięcie wskaźnika efektywności zatrudnieniowej mierzonego w stosunku do uczestników projektu znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy co najmniej na poziomie 45% i dla pozostałych uczestników na poziomie co najmniej 60%.
