Target group project: 100 (60K,40M) people who are unemployed (unemployed), after completion of 30, residing in the Kwidzyn, Starygard, Schumski and Tczew districts according to the provisions of the Civil Code. Individual and group vocational counseling, Workshops on acquisition of key competences, Employment intermediation, Vocational training, internships. The aim of the project will be to implement comprehensive solutions in the field of professional activation of people who are unemployed, aimed exclusively at the most vulnerable people on the labour market and created individually for each participant of the support on the basis of individual diagnosis. The support will be addressed to those who have the least chance of solving problems affecting them, in particular people with disabilities, who live mainly in areas with high unemployment rates in the Pomeranian Voivodship. Status szczegółowy: 100% os. bezrobotnych-60K,40M,w tym 50% os. długotrwale bezrobotnych-30K,20M 90% os. o niskich kwalifikacjach-60K,40M 60% os. z obszarów wiejskich-36K,24M 10% os. po 50 r.ż.-6K,4M 10% os. niepełnosprawnych-6K,4M Celem projektu jest podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia wśród 100 (60K,40M) osób pozostających bez pracy (os.bezrobotne), po ukończeniu 30 r.ż., zamieszkałe na terenie powiatu kwidzyńskiego, starogardzkiego, sztumskiego, tczewskiego, dzięki realizacji programu aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującego usługi rynku pracy w zakresie indywidualnego i grupowego poradnictwa zawodowego, warsztatów w zakresie nabywania kompetencji kluczowych, pośrednictwa pracy, szkoleń zawodowych, staży zawodowych, przeprowadzonych w terminie 01.09.2017-31.12.2018 r. Działania w projekcie skupione są na realizacji zadań z zakresu aktywizacji zawodowej: Indywidualne i grupowe poradnictwo zawodowe, Warsztaty w zakresie nabywania kompetencji kluczowych, Pośrednictwo pracy, Szkolenia zawodowe, Staże zawodowe. Założeniem proj.będzie realizacja kompleksowych rozwiązań w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej osób pozostających bez pracy, skierowanych wyłącznie do osób znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy i stworzonych indywidualnie dla każdego uczestnika wsparcia na podstawie indywidualnej diagnozy. Wsparcie będzie kierowane do osób, które bez udziału w nich mają najmniejszą szansę na rozwiązanie dotykających je problemów, w szczególności osób z niepełnosprawnościami, zamieszkujących przede wszystkim na obszarach o wysokiej stopie bezrobocia w województwie pomorskim. W proj. przewidziano współpracę instytucji rynku pracy oraz instytucji pomocy i integracji społecznej z pracodawcą. (Polish)
