The project is addressed to a total of 91 people (48 K, 43 M) over 30 living in the most vulnerable, including 53 unemployed (28K, 25M), of which 31 (15K,16M) long-term and 38 (20K,18M) inactive persons. Of this group 27 (12K, 15M) people are low-skilled, 13 (7 K, 6 M) are over 50 and 8 (4K, 4M) are people with disabilities. The aim of the project is to activate the beneficiaries professionally, leading to an increase in the level of their employment, i.e. getting a job of at least 41 people (45 % of the project participants), by receiving comprehensive support in the field of professional activation, including services for individualisation of support and assistance in defining the career path, services for obtaining qualifications and professional experience and support to encourage employment. The objectives of the details are to increase the comp. of key beneficiaries needed on the labour market and their professional qualifications. The project is implemented by Puck County together with the project partner PHENOMEN Foundation. The project is entirely in line with the ZIT Strategy. The project activities shall include: — diagnosis of project participants to develop a personal path of support (development of Individual Action Programmes) – psychological and advisory support – vocational guidance – workshops/training in the field of active job search techniques and acquisition of key competences necessary on the labour market – job intermediation – vocational courses (acquisition of professional qualifications), – internships/practices – subsidised employment – equipment/equipment of jobs – assisted employment – trainer with disabilities. The most important effect the project is expected to give to its participants is to take up and maintain work by at least 45 % of beneficiaries. (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do ogółem 91 osób (48 K, 43 M) powyżej 30 r. życia znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji zawodowej, w tym 53 bezrobotnych (28K, 25M), z czego 31 (15K,16M) długotrwale oraz 38 (20K,18M) osób biernych zawodowo. Z tej grupy 27 (12K, 15M) osób to osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach, 13 (7 K, 6 M) jest powyżej 50 r. życia, a 8 (4K, 4M) to osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Celem projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa beneficjentów prowadząca do wzrostu poziomu ich zatrudnienia, tj. uzyskania pracy przez minimum 41 osób(45% uczestników projektu), dzięki otrzymaniu kompleksowego wsparcia w zakresie aktywizacji zawodowej obejmującego m. in. usługi służące indywidualizacji wsparcia oraz pomocy w zakresie określenia ścieżki zawodowej, usługi służące zdobyciu kwalifikacji i doświadczenia zawodowego oraz wsparcia stanowiącego zachętę do zatrudnienia. Celami szczeg. są podniesienie komp. kluczowych beneficjentów niezbędnych na rynku pracy oraz ich kwalifikacji zawodowych. Projekt realizowany jest przez Powiat Pucki wspólnie z partnerem projektu Fundacją PHENOMEN. Projekt jest w całości zgodny ze Strategią ZIT. Działania w ramach projektu obejmują: - diagnozę uczestników projektu służąca wypracowaniu osobistej ścieżki wsparcia (opracowanie Indywidualnych Programów Działań) - wsparcie psychologiczno-doradcze - poradnictwo zawodowe - warsztaty/szkolenia z zakresu technik aktywnego poszukiwania pracy oraz nabywania kompetencji kluczowych niezbędnych na rynku pracy - pośrednictwo pracy - kursy zawodowe (zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych), - staże/praktyki zawodowe - subsydiowane zatrudnienie - wyposażenie/doposażenie miejsc pracy - zatrudnienie wspomagane - trener pracy osoby z niepełnosprawnościami. Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jego uczestnikom, jest podjęcie i utrzymanie pracy przez minimum 45 % beneficjentów. (Polish)
