The project targets 212 unemployed persons (132K and 80M) registered in the PUP Karteuza, for whom an aid profile I has been established or the number of the most vulnerable II profiles in the labour market (excluding persons before the end of 30) from the district of cardboard belonging to at least one of the following groups: people aged 50 and over, women, persons with disabilities, the long-term unemployed, the low-skilled. Project activities (based on IPD findings) are: employment subsidised by the latter. 25 persons (10K and 15M) will be assigned to work in the framework of intervention works, equipment or retrofitting of jobs within the framework of which 33 posts will be created for 33 (18-K15M). One-off start-up funding for 41 persons (25K and 16M) will be granted, individual and group training will be organised for 38 persons (13K and 25M) and traineeships for 75 (67K8M). 1k will benefit from training and will receive funding for setting up. The recruitment process will be conducted in an open manner, in line with women’s and men’s equal opportunities. More women will be involved in the project to align their chances on the labour market. Recruitment to the project will also constitute recruitment for forms of support. The actions undertaken in the project will target the provision of quality services to the unemployed, including in particular the early identification of participants’/cheque needs and the diagnosis of opportunities for their professional development. The project shall be consistent with the relevant Community policies and rules, horizontal policies (in tym:polityką equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the concept of sustainable development) and Community and national legislation. The project will be in line with the Employment Promotion and Labour Market Act, the Public Employment Act and the De Minimis Act. (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do 212 osób bezrobotnych (132K i 80M) zarejestrowanych w PUP Kartuzy,dla których został ustalony profil pomocy I lub profil pomocy II znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłączeniem osób przed ukończeniem 30 r. ż.) z powiatu kartuskiego należące co najmniej do jednej z poniższych grup: osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, osoby długotrwale bezrobotne, osoby o niskich kwalifikacjach. Działania w projekcie (w oparciu o ustalenia w IPD) to: zatrudnienie subsydiowane w ramach, kt. 25 osób (10K i 15M) skierowanych zostanie do pracy w ramach prac interwencyjnych,wyposażenie lub doposażenie stanowiska pracy w ramach,którego utworzone będą 33 stanowiska pracy dla 33 os.(18Ki15M). Przyznane zostaną jednorazowe środki na rozpoczęcie działalności gospodarczej dla 41 osób (25K i 16M), zorganizowane zostaną szkolenia - indywidualne i grupowe na które skierowane zostanie 38 osób (13K i 25M) oraz staże dla 75 os.(67Ki8M). 1K skorzysta z udziału w szkoleniu i otrzyma środki na podjęcie działalności. Proces rekrutacji zostanie przeprowadzony w sposób otwarty, zgodnie z polityką równych szans kobiet i mężczyzn. W projekcie będzie więcej kobiet aby wyrównać ich szanse na rynku pracy. Rekrutacja do projektu stanowić będzie jednocześnie rekrutację na formy wsparcia. Działania podejmowane w projekcie ukierunkowane będą na świadczenie wysokiej jakości usług na rzecz osób bezrobotnych, w tym zwłaszcza na wczesną identyfikację potrzeb uczestników/czek oraz diagnozowanie możliwości ich rozwoju zawodowego. Projekt jest zgodny z właściwymi politykami i zasadami wspólnotowymi, politykami horyzontalnymi(w tym:polityką równych szans i niedyskryminacji i koncepcją zrównoważonego rozwoju)oraz prawodawstwem wspólnotowym oraz krajowym. Projekt będzie zgodny z ustawą o promocji zatrudnienia i instyt. rynku pracy, z ustawą PZP i pomocą de minimis. (Polish)
