Projekt jest adresowany do 153(84K,69M) osób bezrobotnych zarejestr. w PUP w Tczewie, dla kt. został ustalony profil pomocy I lub II, znajdujących się w najtrudniejszej sytuacji na rynku pracy (z wyłącz. osób przed ukończ. 30 roku życia), należących co najmniej do jednej z nast. grup: os. w wieku 50 lat i więcej, kobiety, os. z niepełnosprawn., os. długotrwale bezr., os. o niskich kwalifikacjach z obszaru powiatu tczewskiego. Celem proj. jest zwiększenie szans na podjęcie zatrudnienia 153(84K,69M) osób bezrobotnych z grupy docel. Cele szczegółowe: -aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 50% uczestników projektu, którzy zakończyli udział w proj. (nie wliczając uczestn., którzy podjęli samozatrudnienie dzięki wypłaconym w proj.środkom na podjęcie działalności gospodarczej), rozumiana jako doprowadzenie do trwałego tj. trwającego c.n. 3 m-ce zatrudnienia; -poprawa zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestn. proj. Działania: -diagnoza uczestn. projektu (IPD) dla 153(84K,69M)osób; -przeprowadzenie szkoleń zawodowych (w tym indywidualnych) oraz w zakresie przedsiębiorczości dla 110 os. (58K,52M) /szkol. zawodowe – 68 os.(42K,26M); szkol. w zakr. przedsięb.– 42 os. (16K,26M)); -organizacja staży dla 23 os. (20K,3M); -działania związ. z przyznawaniem jednorazowo środków na podj. działaln. gosp. dla 42 os. (16K,26M) /po szkol. z zakresu przedsięb./; -działania związ.z zatrudnianiem uczestników w ramach refundacji kosztów wyposażenia lub doposaż. stanowiska pracy dla 20 os. (6K,14M). Wypłacane w ramach proj. świadczenia, tj. stypendia szkoleniowe i stażowe, jak również wysokość jednoraz. środków na podjęcie działaln. gosp. oraz kwota refund. kosztów wyposaż. lub doposaż. stanowiska pracy, będą zgodne ze stawkami wynik. z ustawy o promocji zatrudn.(…). Koszt organiz. przewidzianych do realiz. szkoleń będzie zgodny ze stawkami rynkowymi.Głównym efektem proj. będzie podjęcie i utrzymanie przez uczestników zatrudnienia przez c.n. 3 miesiące. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase the employability of (153 84K,69M) unemployed people in the target group. Specific objectives: — professional activation of at least 50 % of project participants who have completed their participation in the project. (not including those who have taken up self-employment by means paid in the project for taking up a business activity), understood as achieving permanent, i.e. 3 m of employment lasting; —improvement of the employability of participants. Actions: — Diagnosis of Participant Project (IPD) for 153(84K,69M)persons; —conducting vocational training (including individual) and in the field of entrepreneurship for 110 people. (58K,52M)/professional training – 68 persons (42K,26M); school. in the corner of the project – 42 people. (16K,26M)); —organisation of internships for 23 people. (20K,3M); —measures relating to the allocation of one-off funds for the operation of 42 persons. (16K,26M)/after school. in the field of business; — activities related to hiring participants in the framework of reimbursement of equipment costs or retrofitting of workstations for 20 persons. (6K,14M). Paid as part of the project benefits, i.e. training grants and traineeships, as well as the amount of one-off measures to take up the operating staff and the amount of the refund. the costs of equipping or retrofitting jobs, will be in accordance with the rates of the result. from the Employment Promotion Act.(...). The cost of organising the trainings will be consistent with market rates.The main effect of the project will be to take up and maintain employment by the participants for 3 months. (English)
