Przedmiotem projektu jest modernizacja sieci ciepłowniczej na terenie Osiedla Sikorskiego w Skarszewach. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniona czterorurowa kanałowa sieć na nowoczesną, dwururową sieć cieplną wykonaną z rur preizolowanych. Inwestycja ma na celu podniesienie efektywności systemu cieplnego, ograniczenie strat na przesyle oraz redukcję szkodliwych substancji do atmosfery. Projekt jest przygotowany pod względem formalno-prawnym do realizacji, posiada niezbędną dokumentację techniczną oraz wymagane zaświadczenia i decyzje warunkujące rozpoczęcie realizacji projektu. Inwestycja odpowiada na potrzeby interesariuszy projektu oraz jest zgodna z sektorowymi gminnymi dokumentami strategicznymi: Planem Gospodarki Niskoemisyjnej oraz Projektem założeń do planu zaopatrzenia w ciepło, energię elektryczną i paliwa gazowe Gminy Skarszewy na lata 2015 ÷ 2030.
