The planned project will consist of modernisation of the boiler room in Debrzno on ul. Nice 22 and construction of high-parameter heating networks with connections to buildings with a total length of approx. 760mb and heat nodes (15 units) in the area of ul. In the boiler room 3 coal boilers will be liquidated, in place of which a 1.5 MW biomass boiler with a capacity of 1.5 MW together with installations, fittings, investment will also include the construction of a silo for biomass and land development. The objectives of the project shall be: modernisation of the urban heating system in Debrzno through partial exchange of heat sources with a higher thermal efficiency and network construction, enabling new connections, increasing the share of RES fuels in heat production (min.51 %) – which will reduce low emissions in Debrzno. Planowane przedsięwzięcie polegać będzie na modernizacji kotłowni w Debrznie przy ul. Miłej 22 oraz na budowie wysokoparametrowych sieci ciepłowniczych z przyłączami do budynków o łącznej długości ok. 760mb i węzłami cieplnymi (15 szt.) w rejonie ul. Czerniakowskiej, Mokotowskiej i Przechodniej. W kotłowni zostaną zlikwidowane 3 kotły węglowe, w ich miejsce zostanie zamontowany kocioł na biomasę o mocy 1,5MW wraz z instalacjami, osprzętem, inwestycja obejmie też budowę silosa na biomasę i zagospodarowanie terenu. Projekt zostanie zrealizowany etapami - pierwszy obejmie budowę sieci (2019-2020), następnie zostanie zmodernizowana kotłownia (2019-2021). Celami przedsięwzięcia są: modernizacja miejskiego systemu ciepłowniczego w Debrznie poprzez częściową wymianę źródeł ciepła na proekologiczne o wyższej sprawności cieplnej i budowę sieci, umożliwienie nowych podłączeń, wzrost udziału paliw OZE w produkcji ciepła (min.51%)- co pozwoli na zmniejszenie niskiej emisji w Debrznie.
