Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji wykorzystujących odnawialne źródła energii w indywidualnych gospodarstwach domowych oraz w budynkach użyteczności publicznej na terenie gminy Lipusz i Nowa Karczma. Zamontowanych zostanie 127 szt. instalacji fotowoltaicznych wraz z systemem zarządzania energią i grzałką (rozwiązania innowacyjne) w budynkach mieszkalnych i publicznych oraz 2 kotły na biomasę w 1 budynku gminnym i pompa ciepła w 1 budynku gminnym. Łączna moc- 0,807 MW. Celem projektu jest wzrost udziału OZE w produkcji energii elektrycznej i cieplnej w gminach. Efektem projektu będzie kompleksowe wyposażenie Gmin w nowoczesną technologię umożliwiającą czerpanie energii ze źródeł odnawialnych. Nastąpi wzrost bezpieczeństwa energetycznego, poprawa środowiska, podniesienie atrakcyjności inwestycyjnej i walorów turystycznych regionu oraz wzrost jakości życia społeczności (Polish)
