The project involves the thermal modernisation of public houses in 5 buildings: — New globe’s administration in a new grubbing-up measure — A social assistance centre and a fire fighter in a new cardoon — Complex of Schools in New artichokes — School Complex in Lipuz — Primary School in Toulouse. Energy audits for each building have demonstrated low energy efficiency and require urgent renovation works. The works will cover, inter alia, the insulation of building partitions, the modernisation of the installations as and for the CWU, the replacement of heat sources and the installation of renewable energy sources. The main objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of public buildings in the municipality of Nowa Karczma and the municipality of Lipusz. Once implemented there will be a reduction of primary energy of 585 921.05 kWh and 178,55 tonnes of CO2 equivalent. (English)

    Projekt zrealizowany będzie na terenie 2 gmin powiatu kościerskiego – gminy Nowa Karczma oraz gminy Lipusz. Projekt obejmuje przeprowadzenie prac termomodernizacyjnych w 5 budynkach użyt. publ.: - Urzędzie Gminy w Nowej Karczmie - Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej i remizie strażackiej w Nowej Karczmie - Zespole Szkół w Nowej Karczmie - Zespole Szkół w Lipuszu - Szkole Podstawowej w Tuszkowach. Audyty energetyczne sporządzone dla każdego z budynków wykazały, że charakteryzują się one niską efektywnością energetyczną i wymagają przeprowadzenia pilnych prac termomodernizacyjnych. Prace obejmą m.in. docieplenie przegród budynków, modernizację instalacji co i cwu, wymianę źródeł ciepła oraz montaż odnawialnych źródeł energii. Głównym celem projektu jest poprawa efektywności energetycznej budynków użyteczności publicznej w gminie Nowa Karczma i gminie Lipusz. Po realizacji nastąpi redukcja energii pierwotnej w wysokości 585 921,05 kWh oraz 178,55 ton równoważnika CO2. (Polish)
