Projekt obejmuje kompleksową termomodernizację 7 obiektów użyteczności publicznej o powierzchni użytkowej 5 354,17 m2. Celem głównym projektu jest poprawa czystości powietrza w Gminie Skarszewy poprzez redukcję zanieczyszczeń do atmosfery i zwiększenie efektywności energetycznej budynków. Rezultatem będzie oszczędność energii wielkości 355 338,29 kWh/rok (co daje 355,33 MWh/rok) i zmniejszenie emisji gazów cieplarnianych o 47,7% (176,10 T CO2/rok). Projekt obejmuje prace remontowo – budowlano – instalacyjne w obiektach, wymianę oświetlenia wewnętrznego, montaż ogniw PV oraz przeprowadzenie akcji promocyjno-informacyjnej w ramach instrumentu elastyczności nt. poszanowania energii.
