| Property / summary: The objective is to improve the quality of and to increase the number of permanent educational places for children aged 3-9 with certified intellectual disabilities (ONI), who live in the District of Kościelski.Limit of children from the case of incomplete IP may lead to an increase in the level of inequality. the applicant has therefore decided to implement the project, whose activities will be covered by the Special School in Kościerzyna, acting on the Special School of Scotland (SOSP). renovation works to adapt the premises for the newly formed group, purchase the equipment and equipment necessary for teaching. The desired effect is to increase children from the NI. social and education providers, which will help to overcome further development thresholds in the future as a result of a comprehensive development programme for a special pre-school involving: * the creation of new pre-school places for children from ONI (4 places) and their maintenance, for at least 2 years after completion of the project, * services of education for 19 children (4K and 15M) in the front, and development deficits, extended to include extra special cases (including the extension of working hours), * improve the skills. 10 of the staff of the facility (reinforced by the work with children from the special needs of the EDU). the Learning Programme results from a “factual diagnosis and forecast demand for pre-school education services for children with intellectual disabilities in a church district taking into account the reference to existing preszks. and a diagnosis of the needs of the educators and equipment planned to be supported”, adopted by the County Board by Resolution No. 87/225/2018 of 30.07.2018. Celem proj. jest poprawa jakości oraz zwiększenie liczby trwałych miejsc edu.przedszkolnej dla dzieci w wieku 3-9 lat z orzeczoną niepełnosprawnością intelektualną (ONI), zamieszkujących Powiat Kościerski.Ograniczenia dzieci z orzeczoną niepełn.intelektualną mogą prowadzić do zwiększenia nierówności edu.Wnioskodawca podjął zatem decyzję o realizacji projektu, którego działaniami objęte zostanie Przedszkole Specjalne w Kościerzynie działające przy Specjalnym Ośrodku Szkolno-Wychowawczym(SOSW).W ramach proj. planuje się: prace remontowe mające na celu dostosowanie pomieszczeń dla nowo utworzonej grupy,zakup wypos. i sprzętu niezbędnego do prowadzenia zajęć edu. przedszkolnej i pomocy dyda.,organizację zajęć specjali. oraz zajęć dodat. rozw. kompe. kluczowe niezbędne na rynku pracy, a także doskonalenie kompe. i kwali. zawodowych nauczycieli.Funkcję wpierającą proces dyda. zarówno nauczycieli jak i dzieci będzie pełniło środowisko edu. Oczekiwanym efektem proj. jest zwiększenie u dzieci z ONI kompe. społeczno-edu. ułatwiających pokonywanie kolejnych progów rozwojowych w przyszłości w skutek kompleksowego programu rozwojowego przedszkola specjalnego obejmującego: *utworzenie nowych miejsc wychowania przedsz. dla dzieci z ONI (4 miejsca) i ich utrzymanie przez min. 2 lata po ukończeniu projektu, *usługi edu. dla 19 dzieci (4K i 15M) w wieku przedsz. z niepełno.i i deficytami rozwoju, poszerzone o dodatkowe zaj. specjali(w tym wydłużenie godzin pracy placówki), *doskonalenie kompe. 10 nauczycieli placówki (zwiększ. efekt. pracy z dziećmi ze specjal. potrzebami edu.) Program zajęć wynika z przeprowadzonej „Diagnozy faktycznego oraz prognozowanego zapotrzebowania na usługi edukacji przedszkolnej dzieci z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną na terenie powiatu kościerskiego z uwzględnieniem odniesienia do istniejących miejsc przedsz. oraz diagnoza potrzeb edu. i roz.OWP planowanego do objęcia wsparciem" przyjętej przez Zarząd Powiatu uchwałą nr 87/225/2018 z dnia 30.07.2018r.
