The project provides for a deep energy modernisation (thermal modernisation) of 26 public utility buildings from the area of the Starogard Gdański MOF, i.e. in the Municipality of Starogard Gd., Gm. Starogard Gd. and Gm. Bobowo. This project was included among the investments preferred under the Integrated Territorial Agreement for the Starogard Gdański MOF. The implementation of the investment will contribute to improving the energy efficiency of buildings, as well as improving the quality of the environment. The project will include the following works: warming of the outer walls, stropoda; replacement of windows and doors, modernisation of central heating and hot water installations, replacement of heat source, replacement of lighting for energy efficient and installation of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors. The scope of the work results from the analysis of possible solutions in the framework of energy audits. Thanks to construction and assembly works, energy efficiency will increase by 51.7 %. Przedsięwzięcie przewiduje głęboką modernizację energetyczną (termomodernizację) 26 budynków użyteczności publicznej z obszaru MOF Starogardu Gdańskiego tj. w Gminie Miejskiej Starogard Gd., Gm. Starogard Gd. i Gm. Bobowo. Projekt ten został ujęty wśród inwestycji preferowanych w ramach Zintegrowanego Porozumienia Terytorialnego dla MOF Starogardu Gdańskiego. Realizacja inwestycji przyczyni się do poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynków , a także do poprawy jakości stanu środowiska naturalnego. W ramach projektu zostaną przeprowadzone m.in. następujące prace: ocieplenie ścian zewn., stropodachu; wymiana okien i drzwi, modernizacja instalacji c.o. i c.w.u., wymiana źródła ciepła, wymiana oświetlenia na energooszczędne oraz montaż instal. fotowoltaicznej i kolektorów słonecznych. Zakres prac wynika z przeprowadzonej analizy możliwych rozwiązań w ramach audytów energetycznych. Dzięki przeprowadzeniu prac budowlano-montażowych wzrośnie efektywność energetyczna o 51,7 %.
