Zakres: bud. ogólnodostęp. dworca autobus. powiązanego tunelem z dworcem kolej. oraz parkingami „P&R”,„B&R”,„K&R”, uzupełnienie funkcjonującego systemu dynam. informacji pasażer., wprowadz. systemu biletu elektronicz., zakup ekolog. autobusów, kampania informac.-edukac. Celem gł. proj. jest rozwinięty i efektywnie funkcjonujący zintegr. publ. transport zbiorowy w skali powiat. i regional. Realizacja proj. spowod. wzrost mobilności mieszkańców korzyst. ze zbiorow. transportu publ. i poprawi dostępność MOF MS.
