| Property / summary: The project is regenerated, with a 145.26 ha area occupied by 10110os. The project provides for the renovation of the 20 building construction sites, of which around 5 will be demolished and 12 of the municipal construction sites will be demolished, out of which around 9 will be deposited and the cooperative has to settle the site around 5 buildings. In total, the renovation will cover 32 budget. 2 buildings (ul.Gościnna 4 and ul.Gościnna 1) and 1 building will be built (at the building (s) with ul.Goścanother 4). The road is planned to be upgraded on a stretch of road. 0.27 km with the construction/expansion of the underground infrastructure and the installation of a public space (Opole market area) and landscaping (skwer with ul.Gościnne, park at the Bundesrat). In addition, under the Flexibility Instrument, an integrative action will be carried out for the local community. The project is integrated with social service activities. (English) / rank | |||

Przedm.projektu jest rewit.obszaru Orunia o pow.145,26ha zamieszk.przez 10110os. Projekt przewiduje roboty budowlane obejm.remont 20 bud.wspólnot mieszkaniowych,z czego wokół 5 zostanie zagosp.teren oraz 12 bud.komunalnych,z czego wokół 9 zostanie zagosp.teren oraz spółdzielnia mieszk.zrealizuje prace dot.zagosp.terenu wokół 5 budynków. Łącznie remont obejmie 32 bud. Do prow.działań społ.wyremont.i przystos.zostaną 2 budynki (ul.Gościnna 4 i ul.Gościnna 1) oraz 1 budynek zostanie wybudowany (na tyłach budynku przy ul.Gościnnej 4). Przewiduje się przebudowę dróg na odcinku ok. 0,27 km wraz z przebudową / rozbudową infrastruktury podziemnej oraz urządzenie przestrzeni publicznych (teren Rynku Oruńskiego) i zagospodarowanie terenów zieleni (skwer przy ul.Gościnnej, park przy ul.Związkowej). Ponadto, w ramach instrumentu elastyczności przeprowadzone zostaną działania integrujące społeczność lokalną. Projekt jest zintegrowany z działaniami z zakresu usług społecznych. (Polish)
