Planned as part of P Mon. “We open horizons!” deinstitutionalised social services, provided in the local environment for children, young people and their families, include, in particular, preventive measures, especially in the framework of backyard work, preventing and limiting behavioural dysfunctions among children and young people, and supporting their families (including families experiencing difficulties in the performance of caring and care functions, at risk of poverty or exclusion in children and society). The project, through tasks carried out for children and young people in the form of a newly created day-yard support facility, run by Hufiec ZHP in Lębork, includes prevention and environmental animation, social therapy, development of interests and key competences, includes inclusion in integration activities of other free family members (mainly parents and legal guardians acting as parents), as well as social services supporting them in proper care functions. P is implemented in the partnership of the NGO/PES – Chorągwi Gdańska ZHP (representing the largest and oldest NGO of educational character in Poland) and the District Starostwo in Lębork – PCPR. P activities are planned on the basis of an analysis of the conclusions from the local diagnosis of the need for social services for the benefit of residents of areas with above-average exclusion of the community in Pot.lęborskie, taking into account the participation of various local community entities and multisectoral partnerships – formal and informal, i.e. inclusion in the implementation of the JST and Jops project from the district area, District Court (c. Family court and family curators), KM and KP Police, GP GP, NGO’s and others integration institutions, entrepreneurs (within their community sensitivity and CSR activities) etc. (English)
