The project is aimed at residents of the degraded area designated for revitalisation in the city of Brusy – Unit G – Centrum and is part of an integrated revitalisation project resulting from the Brusy City Revitalisation Programme. Projekt skierowany jest do mieszkańców obszaru zdegradowanego wyznaczonego do rewitalizacji na terenie miasta Brusy - Jednostka G - Centrum i jest częścią zintegrowanego projektu rewitalizacyjnego wynikającego z Programu Rewitalizacji Miasta Brusy. Celem szczegółowym projektu jest zwiększenie liczby trwałych miejsc świadczenia usług społecznych. Działania w projekcie zorientowane są wokół zwiększenia dostępu do zdeinstycjonalizowanych, spersonalizowanych i zintegrowanych usług społecznych, świadczonych w lokalnej społeczności skierowanych do osób o różnym stopniu niesamodzielności(seniorów, osób niepełnosprawnych i chorych przewlekle oraz ich opiekunów), a także w zakresie wsparcia rodziny. Wsparciem objętych zostanie 80 osób (50 K i 30 M. W ramach tworzonego Centrum Usług Społecznych planowane jest utworzenie placówki pobytu dziennego, zorganizowanie szkolenia w zakresie opieki nad osobami starszymi i niepełnosprawnymi, zapewnienie usług dziennych opiekunów, przeprowadzenie warsztatów umiejętności rodzicielskich, prowadzenie placówki wsparcia dziennego - świetlicy w formie połączonej opiekuńczo - specjalistycznej, poradnictwo specjalistyczne, organizacja czasu wolnego rodzin, utworzenie grupy wolontariackiej działającej na rzecz i wśród rodzin obszaru zdegradowanego i utworzenie 3 miejsc opieki zapewniających opiekę całodobową.
