As part of the project, vocational training cycles for 160 students and 13 teachers of the ZSZ in Barlewiczki in the fields of environment, ICT and electronics, as well as transport, logistics and automotive in order to increase the employability of ZSZ students in Barlewiczki on the regional labour market were planned. In the field of professional training of pupils, the industry fixed activities are planned according to the specifications set out in the detailed project budget, over programme. apprenticeships/internships of 150 hours per person, professional courses in handling of forklifts and combine harvesters, occupational counselling classes and classes in English and German. In the case of teachers, it is planned to improve professional competences through participation in post-graduate studies at universities, vocational courses and training provided by specialised training centres, as well as internships with employers. As a result of the project, it is expected to achieve an increased efficiency of vocational education, which is appropriate to the needs of the labour market in the selected industries, which in turn will result in higher passability of vocational exams. The aim of the project is to increase the level of employability of school graduates. The project also includes professional training for adults in the environment, transport, logistics and automotive based on vocational courses. The project activities were planned on the basis of a diagnosis of needs approved by the Management Board of the Sztumski Pow (Resolution No 70/2016 of 19.01.2016. The project is integrated with a complex project within the OJ. 4.1 (competition no RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). The project is consistent with the scope of the strategic project BC. “Creating a network of higher secondary vocational schools that takes into account the needs of subregional and regional labour markets in accordance with the Regional Strategic Programme "Active Pomerania" (Management Resolution of WP 547/146/16 of 02.06.16).     W ramach realizacji projektu zaplanowano cykle doskonalenia zawodowego dla 160 uczniów i 13 nauczycieli ZSZ w Barlewiczkach w branżach środowisko, ICT i elektronika oraz transport,logistyka i motoryzacja w celu zwiększenia zatrudnialności uczniów ZSZ w Barlewiczkach na regionalnym rynku pracy. W zakresie doskonalenia zawodowego uczniów zaplanowano branżowe zajęcia stacjonarne według specyfikacji określonej w Szczegółowym budżecie projektu, ponadprogram. praktyki/staże zawodowe w wymiarze 150 godzin na osobę, kursy zawodowe w zakresie obsługi wózków widłowych oraz kombajnu zbożowego, zajęcia z doradztwa zawodowego oraz zajęcia z języka zawodowego angielskiego i niemieckiego. Z kolei w przypadku nauczycieli zaplanowano doskonalenia kompetencji zawodowych poprzez udział w studiach podyplomowych na uczelniach wyższych, kursach i szkoleniach zawodowych prowadzonych przez wyspecjalizowane centra szkoleniowe, a także stażach zawodowych u pracodawców. W efekcie realizacji projektu spodziewane jest osiągnięcie zwiększonej efektywności kształcenia zawod., adekwatnego do potrzeb rynku pracy we wskazanych branżach, co z kolei zaowocuje wyższą zdawalnością egzaminów zawodowych. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie poziomu zatrudnialności absolwentów szkoły. W zakresie rzeczowym projektu przewidziano także doskonalenie zawodowe dla osób dorosłych w branżach środowisko oraz transport, logistyka i motoryzacja na bazie kursów zawodowych. Działania w projekcie zostały zaplanowane w oparciu o diagnozę potrzeb zatwierdzoną przez Zarząd Pow Sztumskiego (Uchwała nr 70/2016 z dnia 19.01.2016r. Projekt jest zintegrowany z projektem złożonym w ramach Dz. 4.1 (konkurs nr RPPM.04.01.00-IZ-22-001/16). Projekt jest zgodny z zakresem przedsięwzięcia strategicz. pn. „Kształtowanie sieci ponadgimnazjalnych szkół zawodowych uwzględniającej potrzeby subregionalnych i regionalnego rynków pracy zgodnie z Regionalnym Programem Strategicznym „Aktywni Pomorzanie”” (uchwała Zarządu WP 547/146/16 z 02.06.16r).
