The project assumes the implementation of the final product of the innovative project "Pomorskie – a good course for education. Support for pupils with special predispositions in mathematics, physics and computer science (WND-POKL.09.04.00-22-002/10), implemented by the Pomeranian Voivodeship in 2010-2013. The project includes the implementation of academic forms of support, enabling talented pupils (UZ) to acquire specific key competences as well as contact with the academic community, familiarise themselves with the scientific and teaching base, learn the methodology of research and current trends in the development of a given field of science. Support of UZ in the field of mat., phys., inf. will be carried out in accordance with the final product project.Innovation, in addition, the implementation of UZ support in the field of new capacity areas is planned: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. The project is part of the project of the strategist named “Zdolni z Pomerania”, which includes activities carried out by district governments (local forms of support – FW), universities (academic schools), the local government of the Pomeranian Voivodeship (regional FW) – including the project. The Pomeranian Scholarship Scheme. UZ support will be implemented in cooperation with the projected innovative network of Creative Teaching Centers (LCNK), coordinated by the Teacher Education Centre in Gdańsk, which acts as the Regional Creative Teaching Centre (RCNK). The aim of the project is to provide the UZ with adequate support for development through a proper diagnosis of skills and adequate FW (depending on the student’s area) to acquire the following key competences (KK) (OJ EU.L.2006.394.10): — mathematician. and subst. competence. scientific-techn., – IT., – skill. learning, – social, – initial. and pres. The stages of acquisition of KK by pupils are further described in the explanatory memorandum in Annex 1 to the application.     Projekt zakłada wdrożenie produktu finalnego projektu innowacyjnego "Pomorskie – dobry kurs na edukację. Wspieranie uczniów o szczególnych predyspozycjach w zakresie matematyki, fizyki i informatyki (WND-POKL.09.04.00-22-002/10), zrealizowanego przez Województwo Pomorskie w latach 2010-2013. Projekt obejmuje realizację akademickich form wsparcia, umożliwiających uczniom uzdolnionym (UZ) zarówno nabycie konkretnych kompetencji kluczowych, jak i kontakt ze środowiskiem akademickim, zapoznanie się z bazą naukowo-dydaktyczną, poznanie metodologii badan naukowych oraz aktualnych trendów rozwoju danej dziedziny nauki. Wspieranie UZ w zakresie mat., fiz., inf. prowadzone będzie zgodnie z produktem finalnym proj. innowac., dodatkowo planowane jest wdrożenie wsparcia UZ w zakresie nowych obszarów uzdolnień: przyr., społ. Projekt stanowi część przedsięwzięcia strateg. pn „Zdolni z Pomorza”, obejmującego działania realizowane przez samorządy powiatowe (lokalne formy wsparcia - FW), szkoły wyższe (akademickie FW), Samorząd Województwa Pomorskiego (regionalne FW) - w tym również proj. "Pomorski program pomocy stypendialnej". Wsparcie UZ realizowane będzie we współpracy z zainicjowaną w ramach proj. innowacyjnego siecią Lokalnych Centrów Nauczania Kreatywnego (LCNK), koordynowanych przez Centrum Edukacji Nauczycieli w Gdańsku, które pełni funkcję Regionalnego Centrum Nauczania Kreatywnego (RCNK). Celem projektu jest zapewnienie UZ odpowiedniego wsparcia rozwoju poprzez właściwą diagnozę uzdolnień i adekwatne FW (w zależności od obszaru uzd. ucznia), umożliwiające nabycie następujących kompetencji kluczowych (KK) (Dz.U.UE.L.2006.394.10): - matemat. i podst. kompet. naukowo-techn., - informat., - umiej. uczenia się, - społ., - inicjat. i przeds. Etapy nabywania KK przez uczniów opisano szerzej w uzasadnieniach w załączniku nr 1 do wniosku.
