The aim of the project is to increase the quality of primary education (SP) number 1,2,6,4,3 and of lower secondary schools (G) 1,2,3 in Kościerzyna in the area of key competences and creativity: specific objectives: • To raise the competences of key minimum of 90 % of students in the field of communication in English, learning and technical sciences• raising the competences of at least 90 % of teachers in areas correlated to the needs of the students: teaching methods that activate the use of ICT tools and learning techniques, teaching on an experimental basis. In order to define the needs of schools, the diagnosis of school years 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, completed by interviews and surveys of 2015, adopted by the Mayor of K-Na No. 0050.22.2016 of 28.01.2016 The applicant shall declare the implementation of the project activities on the basis of the results of the diagnosis: • addressing key competences in the field of communication in English and learning skills in primary schools• Actions to develop pupils’ creativity in the field of technical and natural sciences in primary and grammar schools• courses supporting teachers in teaching methods with the use of ICT tools and learning techniques in primary schools• courses shaping teacher competences for teaching methods in primary and secondary schools will result in a lasting improvement in the education of the schools and key players in the project. The project is implementing the first priority objective of the ‘Education Strategy for the City of Kościerzyna at the lata2011-2020’: Ensuring a high level of education, operational objectives: — Raising the teaching and qualification of teachers — new teaching methods and extra-curricular activities, -Implementation of modern teaching methods (equipment for staff, multimedia) (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do 1501 uczniów i 80nauczycieli z 8szkół podlegających organowi prowadzącemu - Gminie Miejskiej Kościerzyna(GMK). Celem projektu jest wzrost jakości kształcenia szkół podstawowych(SP) nr 1,2,6,4,3 i gimnazjów(G) nr 1,2,3 w Kościerzynie w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych i kreatywności Cele szczegółowe: •podniesienie kompetencji kluczowych min. 90% uczniów w obszarze komunikacji w jęz. angielskim, umiejętności uczenia się, nauk mat.-techn. i przyrodniczych •podniesienie kompetencji min. 90% nauczycieli w obszarach skorelowanych z potrzebami uczniów: nauczania metodami aktywizującymi z wykorzystaniem narzędzi TIK i technik uczenia się, nauczania metodą eksperymentu. W celu określenia potrzeb szkół sporządzono diagnozę z lat szkolnych 2012/2013, 2013/2014, 2014/2015, uzupełnioną wywiadami i ankietami z2015r., przyjętą Zarządzeniem Burmistrza Miasta K-na nr 0050.22.2016 z 28.01.2016r. Wnioskodawca deklaruje realizację działań projektowych w oparciu o wyniki diagnozy: •zajęcia rozwijające kompetencje kluczowe w obszarze komunikacji w języku angielskim i umiejętności uczenia się w szkołach podstawowych •działania rozwijające kreatywność uczniów w obszarze nauk mat.-techn. i przyrodniczych w szkołach podstawowych i gimnazjach •kursy wspierające nauczycieli w nauczaniu metodami aktywizującymi z wykorzystaniem narzędzi TIK i technik uczenia się w szkołach podstawowych •kursy kształtujące kompetencje nauczycieli w zakresie nauczania metodą eksperymentu w szkołach podstawowych i gimnazjach Głównym efektem będzie trwałe podniesienie jakości kształcenia szkół i kompetencji kluczowych uczestników projektu.
