Projekt "Rozwińmy żagle szans" realizowany będzie dla uczniów,opiekunów oraz kadry nauczycielskiej z 3 Szkół w M.Ustka:Gim.,SP.1,SP.2 od VIII 2016r.do X 2018r.Jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby uczniów usteckich szkół wynikające z diagnozy opracowanej zgodnie z region.ramami kompleksowego wsparcia i wynikających z tego prob. i potrzeb nauczycieli i opiekunów prawnych.Projekt realizowany będzie przez UM Ustka,działania będą podejmowane w oparciu o partnerstwo z Akademią Pomorską w Słupsku oraz z przedsięb.Profi Biznes Group S.K.Majewska ze Szczecina.Celem jest objęcie wsparciem łącznie w latach2016-2018 606uczniów(304K/302M)charakteryzujących się potrzebami w obsz.kompetencji kluczowych,brakami edu.w tym:17os(8K/9M)os.niepełnosprawnych zgodnie z definicją zał.nr 11 do regul.uczęszczających do szkół kształcenia ogólnego z terenu Miasta Ustka.Zadania projektu obejmują: dodatkowe zajęcia dla dzieci z deficytami wiedzy i wymagającym dostosowania form i metod nauczania do indywidualnych możliwości eduk.,zajęcia w celu wyrównywania szans uczniów ze specyficznymi trudnościami,zajęcia dla uczniów wykazujących zdolności w kierunku nauk ścisłych i przyrodniczych,zajęcia podnoszące kompetencje językowe, informatyczne, inicjatywność i przedsiębiorczość.W ramach ww zadań utworzone zostaną 2 pracownie lingwistyczne,3 pracownie multiprzedmiotowe i 2 pracownie integracji sensorycznej.Wszystkie działania będą realizowane zgodnie z reg.ramami wsparci i będą dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości uczestników/czek(w tym niepełnosprawnych),realizowane na podstawie zgłoszenia do projektu i kwalifikacji nauczycielskiej uczestnika.Efektem będzie redukcja liczby ocen ndst, podwyższenie śr.ocen rocznych,uzyskanie większej liczy pkt.z egz.zewnętrznych, rozwój kompetencji kluczowych,innowacyjności i kreatywności wśród uczniów i naucz.,a także świadome zaplanowanie dalszej ścieżki eduk.i zawod.Zajęcia:12tyg.w 2016r,32tyg.w 2017r,24 tyg.w 2018r.w Sp1 i Sp2 i 12 tyg.w 2016,32tyg.w 2017,23tyg.w 2018r.w Gim.
