The project is addressed to 40 people with Kępice, OPS clients (25K and 15M – of which at least 15 % will be disabled), including 20 unemployed persons qualified for the third aid profile in accordance with the Act of 20 April 2004 on the promotion of employment and labour market institutions; 10 persons benefiting from social assistance in accordance with the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance or eligible for social assistance support, i.e. meeting at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the above-mentioned Act – inactive persons not registered in the PUP and 10 persons benefiting from the Food Aid Programme. The main objective of the project is to activate 40 unemployed or inactive people at risk of poverty and social exclusion by improving the effectiveness of labour market institutions (PUP in Słupsk) and social assistance institutions (OPS Kępice). Specific objectives of the project: professional activation of at least 22 % of participants (U) of the project, i.e. bringing to lasting, i.e. lasting at least. 3 months of employment, 40 % U increase in skills, restoring or strengthening social competences, resourcefulness, independence and activity in at least 56 % U – people at risk of poverty or social exclusion. The main objective and the specific objectives will be achieved by introducing the following actions: diagnosis of needs, expectations and predispositions U, support for people at risk of social exclusion or poverty through comprehensive professional and social reintegration services implemented in an existing entity – the Centre for Social Integration; the organisation of vocational courses and training within the CIS, whose aim is to increase the qualifications of U, after completing the courses, participants will acquire new professions and qualifications. The most important result – lasting – of the project is to be undertaken and maintained by U for at least 3 m after the project has been completed. (English)

    Projekt skierowany jest do 40 osób z gm. Kępice, klientów OPS (25K i 15M - z czego min. 15% stanowić będą osoby niepełnosprawne), w tym 20 bezrobotnych zakwalifikowanych do III profilu pomocy zgodnie z ustawą z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy; 10 os. korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społecznej zgodnie z ustawą z 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej lub kwalifikujące się do objęcia wsparciem pomocy społecznej, tj. spełniające co najmniej jedną z przesłanek określonych w art. 7 ww. ustawy - nieaktywnych zawodowo, niezarejestrowanych w PUP oraz 10 os. korzystających z Programu Pomoc Żywnościowa. Celem głównym projektu jest aktywizacja zawodowa i społeczna 40 os. bezrobotnych lub nieaktywnych zawodowo dotkniętych i zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, poprzez poprawę efektywności działań instytucji rynku pracy (PUP w Słupsku) i instytucji pomocy społecznej (OPS Kępice). Cele szczegółowe przedsięwzięcia: aktywizacja zawodowa co najmniej 22% uczestników (U) projektu, tj. doprowadzenie do trwałego, tj. trwającego co najmn. 3 m-ce zatrudnienia, wzrost kwalifikacji u 40% U, przywrócenie lub wzmocnienie kompetencji społecznych, zaradności, samodzielności i aktywności u co najmniej 56 % U - os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym. Cel główny i cele szczegółowe zostaną osiągnięte poprzez wprowadzenie następujących działań: diagnoza potrzeb, oczekiwań i predyspozycji U,wsparcie osób zagrożonych wykluczeniem społ. lub ubóstwem poprzez kompleksowe usługi reintegracji zawodowej i społecznej realizowane w istniejącym już podmiocie - Centrum Integracji Społecznej; organizacja kursów i szkoleń zawodowych w ramach CIS, których celem jest wzrost kwalifikacji U, po ukończeniu kursów uczestnicy zdobędą nowe zawody i kwalifikacje. Najważniejszym efektem - trwałym - projektu ma być podjęcie i utrzymanie przez U pracy przez co najmniej 3m-ce po zakończeniu proj. (Polish)
