The project is a response to the problematic situations connected with the social and occupational exclusion of inactive persons, including the unemployed from the third profile, including the poor, receiving social assistance with m. It is addressed to a group of 40 people(28K,12M) at risk of poverty and exclusion of the population of active age, inactive, benefiting from social assistance benefits including the third unemployment profile 10os(7Ki3M), including 10os(5K and 5M) with moderate and significant disability, including 5os(3Ki 2M) with incomplete degree/person with incomplete intellectual/floor. The aim of the project is to increase the socio-occupational activity of 40(28K and 12M) inactive persons, at risk of poverty or social exclusion from Ustka(W), Damnica, Dębnica Kaszubska and Główczyc communes in the years 2017-2018. The project’s tasks shall include: implementation of support workshops for the implementation of social reintegration activities, traineeships for the purpose of professional reintegration with employers and vocational training for persons requiring retraining or renewal of qualifications/qualifications. All activities will be tailored to the needs and capabilities of participants/calls (including part-time) and carried out on subst. social. concluded between municipal OPS and project participants (each 10os 7Ki3M from each municipality), as well as intensive and individualised mentoring. The result of the project will increase the skills needed on the labour market of the target group, increase the development potential, social and occupational competences of inactive persons and increase participation in the local labour market by at least 22 % of participants including disabled (12 %) with a significant degree of disability in the years 2017-2019. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na sytuacje problemowe związane z wykluczeniem społeczno–zawodowym osób biernych zawodowo w tym bezrobotnych z III profilu w tym ubogich, korzystających z pomocy społecznej z gm. Ustka(W), Damnicy,Dębnicy Kaszubskiej i Główczyce w tym osób niepełnospr. Realizatorem projektu będzie Centrum Charytatywno-Społ. Caritas Ustka, działania będą podejmowane w oparciu o partnerstwo z OPS-ami w w/w gminach. Skierowany jest do grupy 40 os(28K,12M) zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społ. będących w wieku aktywności zawodowej, biernych zawodowo,korzystających ze świadczeń pomocy społ. w tym III profilu bezrobotnych 10os(7Ki3M), w tym 10os(5K i 5M) niepełnosprawnych z umiarkowanym i znacznym stopniem niepełnosprawności w tym 5os(3Ki 2M) ze stopniem niepełn.znacznym/os z niepełn. intelektualną/z niepełn.sprzężonymi. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie w latach 2017-2018 aktywności społeczno-zawodowej 40(28K i 12M)osób biernych zawodowo, zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu gminy Ustka(W), Damnicy, Dębnicy Kaszubskiej i Główczyc. Zadania projektu obejmują: realizację warsztatów wsparcia w celu realizacji działań reintegracji społ., staże zawodowe w celu realizacji reintegracji zawodowej u pracodawców oraz szkolenia zawodowe dla osób wymagających przekwalifikowania lub odnowienia kwalifikacji/uprawnień. Wszystkie działania będą dostosowane do potrzeb i możliwości uczestników/czek (w tym niepełnosp.)i realizowane na podst.kontr.socjal. zawartych pomiędzy gminnymi OPS-ami a uczestnikami projektu (po 10os 7Ki3M z każdej gminy),jak również zostaną objęci intensywną i zindywidualizowaną opieką środowiskową mentora. Efektem projektu będzie wzrost kompetencji niezbędnych na rynku pracy grupy docelowej, zwiększenie potencjału rozwojowego, kompetencji społecznych i zawodowych osób biernych zawodowo oraz wzrost udziału na lokalnym rynku pracy min. 22% uczestników w tym niepełnosprawnych (12%)o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności w latach 2017-2019.
