The project aims at 33 people at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the district of Człuchów.The aim of the project is to increase the capacity or employability of project participants in the period of 14 m through socio-occupational activation tailored to the needs and predispositions for each participant of the support. Specific objectives: rebuilding and enhancing the social competences needed to function properly in society; gaining professional qualifications, key occupational competences and professional experience desired on the labour market; participation in educational activities and personal development, strengthening the development potential of social economy entities by increasing employment in existing social economy entities. Activities: diagnosing needs and deficits and life situation of project participants, practical acquisition of personal skills through participation in therapeutic workshops, choosing the professional path individually for the needs of each project participant and acquiring professional qualifications through participation in courses/training, professional reintegration activities, activities related to professional internships and employment, ensuring access to educational activities increasing the level of education and development of educational interests and aspirations. The most important effect of the project is to take up and maintain employment for at least 3 months by those affected or at risk of poverty and social exclusion, as well as improving health. Projekt skierowany jest do gr. 33 os. zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z powiatu człuchowskiego.Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości lub zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestników projektu w okresie 14 m-cy poprzez aktywizację społeczno-zawodową dostosowaną indywidualnie do potrzeb i predyspozycji dla każdego uczestnika wsparcia. Cele szczegółowe:odbudowa i spotęgowanie kompetencji społecznych niezbędnych do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w społeczeństwie; zdobycie kwalifikacji zawodowych, kluczowych kompetencji pracowniczych i doświadczenia zawodowego pożądanych na rynku pracy;udział w zajęciach edukacyjnych i rozwój osobisty, wzmocnienie potencjału rozwojowego podmiotów ekonomii społecznej poprzez zwiększenie zatrudnienia w istniejących podmiotach ekonomii społecznej. Działania:diagnozowanie potrzeb i deficytów oraz sytuacji życiowej uczestników projektu, praktyczne nabywanie umiejętności osobistych poprzez udział w warsztatach terapeutycznych, dobór ścieżki zawodowej indywidualnie pod potrzeby każdego z uczestników projektu oraz nabycie kwalifikacji zawodowych poprzez udział w kursach/ szkoleniach,zajęciach reintegracji zawodowej, działania związane ze stażami zawodowymi i zatrudnieniem, zapewnienie dostępu do zajęć edukacyjnych zwiększających poziom wykształcenia oraz rozwój zainteresowań i aspiracji edukacyjnych. Najważniejszym efektem projektu jest podjęcie i utrzymanie zatrudnienia przez okres co najmniej 3 m-cy przez osoby dotknięte lub zagrożone ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym, a także poprawa stanu zdrowia.
