Within the framework of the project, the Centre for Social Integration in Chojnice will be established. On the day of submission of the application in Chojnice, the Centre for Social Integration is not functioning. The project and participation of the CIS will involve 20 people (12 K and 8 M) socially excluded or at risk of social exclusion, including persons with disabilities. The following support is foreseen for participants: social reintegration, including work training and individual consultations with a professional adviser,Training in the field of social competences and individual consultations with psychologist, educational activities, professional reintegration: vocational training, internships.The complexity of activities in the project will be based on the abovementioned services. Equal opportunities policy will prevail in all aspects of the action taken. W ramach projektu utworzone zostanie Centrum Integracji Społecznej w Chojnicach. Na dzień składania wniosku na terenie Chojnic nie funkcjonuje Centrum integracji Społecznej. W ramach projektu i uczestnictwa CIS udział weźmie 20 osób (12 K i 8 M) wykluczonych społecznie, bądź zagrożonych wykluczeniem społecznym, w tym osoby niepełnosprawne. Przewidziano następujące wsparcie dla uczestników: reintegracja społeczna, w tym Trening pracy i indywidualne konsultacje z doradcą zawodowym,Szkolenia z zakresu kompetencji społecznych i indywidualne konsultacje z psychologiem,zajęcia edukacyjne, reintegracja zawodowa: szkolenia zawodowe, staże zawodowe.Kompleksowość działań w projekcie będzie opierać się na w/w usługach. We wszystkich aspektach podejmowanych działań będzie dominowała polityka równych szans. Najważniejszym efektem, jaki projekt ma dać jego uczestnikom/czkom jest podjęcie i utrzymanie przez nich pracy przez co najmniej 3 miesiące. (Polish)
