Projekt skierowany jest do 26 kobiet nieaktywnych zawodowo ( 13 K w 2016 r. oraz 13 K w roku 2017)z terenu miasta i gminy Brusy. Celem projektu jest zwiększenie zatrudnienia kobiet, w tym niepełnosprawnych, dotkniętych i zagrożonych ubóstwem i wykluczeniem społecznym. Cele szczegółowe: -podniesienie poziomu aktywności społecznej poprzez wzrost umiejętności społecznych i interpersonalnych, samorozwój uczestniczek projektu, -podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia uczestniczek projektu poprzez podniesienie i nabycie nowych kwalifikacji zawodowych, - profilaktyka wykluczenia społecznego wśród dzieci i młodzieży. Działania: - opracowanie ścieżek reintegracji dla każdej z uczestniczek, - przygotowanie oraz przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu kompetencji społecznych i interpersonalnych, - przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie szkoleń z zakresu kompetencji i kwalifikacji zawodowych, - przygotowanie i przeprowadzenie staż zawodowych, - środowiskowa aktywizacja społeczna dzieci i młodzieży.
