The main objective of the P-Project is to: Sustainable entry into the labour market of 30 people, including 15 women and 15 men, experiencing social exclusion through the use of high quality services of active socio-occupational integration in around 01.06.2018-31.5.2019. Target group – GD are people at risk of poverty, social exclusion. Those who receive support will be 100 % residents of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Chojniki and Człuchowski districts, areas with an above-average level of social exclusion. The project provides for 50 % of seats (15 seats) for people with disabilities. All participants in the project will be covered by active forms of assistance. In the first place, these will be instruments of social activation (a diagnosis leading, among others, to the development of reintegration paths for each Participant of the project, psychological counseling and legal and civic counseling). Then each of the Participants will benefit the employment agency conducting in close cooperation with local employers, vocational guidance and training offer, and in the case of 50 % of the Participants will also organise 3-month paid professional internships The project provides for 4 tasks. Zasadniczym celem projektu-P jest: Trwałe wejście na rynek pracy 30 osób, w tym 15 kobiet i 15 mężczyzn, doświadczających wykluczenia społecznego poprzez zastosowanie wysokiej jakości usług aktywnej integracji społeczno-zawodowej w okr 01.06.2018-31.5.2019. Grupę docelową - GD stanowią osoby zagrożone ubóstwem, wykluczeniem społecznym. Osoby, które otrzymają wsparcie będą to w 100% mieszkańcy woj.pomorskiego, powiaty chojniki i człuchowski, terenów o ponadprzeciętnym poziomie wykluczenia społecznego. W projekcie przewidziano 50% miejsc (15 miejsc) dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Wszyscy Uczestnicy projektu zostaną objęciu aktywnymi formami pomocy. W pierwszej kolejności będą to instrumenty aktywizacji społecznej (diagnoza prowadząca m.in. do opracowania ścieżki reintegracji dla każdego Uczestnika prjektu, poradnictwo psychologiczne oraz poradnictwo prawne i obywatelskie). Następnie każdy z Uczestników skorzysta pośrednictwa pracy prowadzącego przy ścisłej współpracy z lokalnymi pracodawcami, poradnictwa zawodowego i oferty szkoleń, oraz w przypadku 50% Uczestników będą organizowane również 3-miesięczne płatne staże zawodowe W projekcie przewidziano realizację 4 zadań. W projekcie przewidziano m.in. osiągnięcie efektywności społeczno-zawodowej w wymiarze społecznym oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej. (Polish)
